Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this website or engaging Concrete Cowboys Contracting for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are free and good-faith, based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may adjust if hidden conditions are uncovered (e.g., underlying slab failure not visible at estimate). We always discuss any price change before proceeding.

3. Payment

Most projects require a 25% deposit at scheduling, with the balance due upon completion. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards. Late payments may accrue 1.5% monthly interest after 30 days.

4. Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 2 years from completion. Material warranties (sealer, stain, joint filler) are passed through from the manufacturer at their stated coverage. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, deicing chemicals applied within the first winter, or acts of nature.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled project up to 7 days before the start date without penalty. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit a portion of the deposit to cover materials and crew scheduling.

6. Liability Limits

We are insured for property damage caused by our work. Our maximum liability is limited to the contract value of the project unless otherwise required by Virginia law.

7. Site Content

Photos and copy on this website are owned by Concrete Cowboys Contracting and may not be reproduced without permission. Customer testimonials are shared with permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in King George County, Virginia.
