Northern Virginia gets 60+ freeze-thaw cycles a year. Water gets into a small crack, freezes overnight, expands by 9%, and pushes the crack wider. By spring, a hairline crack you ignored last fall is now half an inch.

The methods we use

We match the method to the crack: self-leveling polyurethane for moving control joints, epoxy injection for structural cracks that need to be locked back together, and color-matched concrete patching compound where appearance matters.
